Earn on your own: airport staff, guides, drivers

Check-in agents see it every week: a passenger flying to Vietnam with no approved e-visa, or sure they can get a visa on arrival. Give them your own code. They apply on vietnamvisahelp.com, enter the code and pay 5% less, and you earn 15% of what they pay.

    Choose your code

    Sign up below and pick a code: your name, or a word like ARLANTA. It works straight away, for any number of travellers, and it stays yours.

    Give it to the traveller

    “Go to vietnamvisahelp.com, apply, and enter the code ARLANTA. You get 5% off.” They can do it on their phone at the counter. Or show them the QR code from your account page, on your phone or printed: they scan it and the code is already applied.

    Get paid

    Every paid order shows on your account page. Commission is available 30 days after the traveller pays; ask for a payout to PayPal or your bank from US$45.

Have your own website? After signing up you can download our WordPress plugin from your account page and put the Vietnam visa application form on your site. Every application paid through it earns you the same 15%.

What one traveller is worth

  • 30–60 minute visa, US$199 → the traveller pays US$189.05 → you earn US$28.36
  • 12-hour expedite of an application already filed, US$139 → they pay US$132.05 → you earn US$19.81

The rules

  • Check your employer's rules first. Many airlines and ground handlers do not let staff accept referral fees.
  • The traveller sees, when they enter the code, that the person who gave it to them gets a fee from us.
  • No commission on your own visa.
  • You handle the tax on what you earn where you live.

Questions people ask

Who can sign up?
Anyone who meets travellers on their way to Vietnam: airport and airline staff, security staff, taxi and ride-hailing drivers, guides, hotel staff. You need an email address. It takes a minute and your code works at once.
How much do I earn?
15% of what each traveller pays, on every paid order that carries your code. On a US$199 visa the traveller pays US$189.05 and you earn US$28.36.
Does the traveller pay more because of me?
No. With your code they pay 5% less than the normal price.
How does a traveller use my code?
Three ways: they scan your QR code, open your link, or type your code into the “Discount code” box on the application form. Each way, the order is counted as yours.
What are the QR code and the card?
Your account page has a QR code with your link in it and a card you can show on your phone or print. You can email the card to yourself and forward it, or send it on WhatsApp.
When and how am I paid?
Commission becomes available 30 days after the traveller pays; if the order is refunded before then, it is not paid. From US$45 you ask for a payout on your account page, to PayPal or a bank account. We check it and send it by hand.
Can I put the application form on my own website?
Yes. Your account page has our WordPress plugin and the steps to install it. The form on your site carries your code.
Do I need my employer's permission?
Check your employer's rules first: many airlines and ground handlers do not let staff accept referral fees. If you work for yourself, as most drivers and guides do, it is your decision. Tax on what you earn is yours to handle where you live.
Is VietnamVisaHelp the government?
No. We are an independent commercial service that prepares and submits the e-visa application for the traveller. The official government portal is evisa.gov.vn.
