The same page, before and after

DemoTravelAgency is a mock-up we built in order to photograph it, not a real agency — but both pictures below are real pages in a real browser. Nothing is drawn: in the second one our form is genuinely running inside the page.

Vietnam sits in the destination list like every other country, and the visa question ends at a phone number. The traveller waits for office hours or arranges it somewhere else, and you hear nothing about it.

The same page, the same logo and menu, with the application form inside it. The traveller fills it in, uploads a passport photo and pays without leaving your site. The commission is booked against your referral code.

A visitor arriving from Turkey sees this page in Turkish and with the two four-working-day options. Everyone else sees their own language and the full speed list — the same plugin, the same page.

   Every speed, priced upfront

   The traveller photographs the passport page and we read the name, number and dates from it. The portrait is cut to the 4×6 cm format on a plain background, and a check warns them about a photo likely to be refused.

What your traveller gets

How this differs from a reseller account

The B2B visa accounts we have seen are wholesale: you get a lower rate, key in each application yourself and collect the money from your client. Ours is a referral. That one difference decides who does the work and who carries the risk.

A wholesale account can pay more per order if you set a high retail price, and it lets you fold the visa into your own package. If you want that control and have staff to key in and chase applications, it may suit you better. If you want the sale without the work, this is the simpler route.

Two of them keep the traveller on your own site. Two need no installation at all and work wherever you can paste a link. Most partners start with the link on the same day.

   You install our plugin, paste your partner code once, and drop a block or a shortcode onto any page. The form then runs inside your page, so the traveller never leaves your site. Download it below; the form stays hidden from visitors until your partner code is saved. A free live chat comes with it too, for your own site and any subject, not only visas: your staff answer in their own language and the customer reads it in the language they opened the chat in, translated as it is sent. When nobody of yours is there, it answers for you.

   How to install it

   1. In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add Plugin and search for VietnamVisaHelp. Press Install Now on “VietnamVisaHelp Apply”, then Activate. WordPress downloads it from the official directory, and it updates itself from your dashboard afterwards.
   2. If your WordPress cannot reach the directory, download the .zip above and use Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin instead. Same plugin, same version — it just will not update itself.
   3. Go to Settings → VietnamVisaHelp Apply, paste your partner code into “Partner code” and save. Then click “Check saved code”: it should name your agency.
   4. Edit the page where the form should appear and add the “Vietnam Visa Application Form” block, or paste the shortcode [vietnam_visa_apply]. Publish the page.
   5. Open the page and check that the form shows. Every order paid through it carries your code and earns your commission.

   A link that opens our application form in the language your client reads. Available today: English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Russian. Traditional Chinese is being written by a Taiwanese writer at the moment and is not ready yet; until it is, Taiwanese agencies use the English form, which their customers read comfortably for a form of this kind.

How the commission is worked out

Commission is paid on the whole amount the traveller paid, government fee included. That fee — US$25 per applicant, or US$50 with multiple entry — still goes straight to the Vietnamese state, but it comes off our side of the order rather than yours: on a US$199 order your 20% is US$39.80, worked out before the fee is taken out. On an expedite order (an application the traveller already filed on evisa.gov.vn, where they paid the government fee) there is no government fee in the price at all. The rate is the same for every partner and every order, whatever your monthly volume.

The same thing in money

• ·The US$25 government fee (US$50 with multiple entry) is passed straight to the Vietnamese state, and we carry it: your commission is worked out on the full order total, before that fee comes out.
• ·Commission is earned when the traveller's payment settles, not on clicks and not when an application is started.
• ·A refunded order reverses its commission.
• ·On a joint order of more than two new visas, or on the expedite of an application the portal already holds, we may agree a reduced price with the traveller within reason. Your commission then follows the final amount they accepted and paid, and we tell you in writing, by email to the address on your account.
• ·We pay monthly by bank transfer or Wise, with a statement listing every order behind the payment: reference number, date, order total, government fee, service fee and your commission.

Who does what

How to start

   Tell us who you are

   Your agency name, your website and the market you sell to. That is all we need to open the account.

   We issue your code within one working day

   You get your own partner page, with the link, the banner and the plugin already carrying your code. Nothing to configure.

   Paste it and you are live

   Put the link or the banner where your clients will see it. The first order is tracked from the moment it is placed.

Questions agencies ask

How do I get paid?

Once a month, by bank transfer or Wise, whichever suits you. With the payment comes a statement listing every order behind it: reference number, date, order total, government fee, service fee and your commission. Commission counts when the traveller's payment settles, not when they click.

What happens if my client's visa is refused?

We check every application before submission so it is not refused over an avoidable mistake, and we deal with the traveller directly if something goes wrong. If the order is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.

Do I need a developer?

No. The link and the banner need nothing at all. The WordPress plugin takes about ten minutes: install it, paste your code once, place a block or shortcode. Only the embedded form on a non-WordPress site needs someone who can paste a snippet into a page, and we test that together with you.

Can I work from WhatsApp alone?

Yes. Your link is a plain link, so it works in WhatsApp, LINE, email or a Facebook post just as it does on a web page. Nothing has to be installed anywhere for it to track your orders.

What does my client pay?

One total, with the US$25 government fee already inside it: US$99 for two working days, US$129 for one working day, US$139 for four hours, US$199 for 30-60 minutes (approval in time for airline check-in in about 30 minutes, documents in one to one and a half hours) and US$249 for same-day service at a weekend or on a Vietnamese public holiday. Multiple entry adds US$25.

My client already applied on the government portal and it is stuck. Can you help?

Yes. We can escalate an application the traveller submitted themselves on evisa.gov.vn from US$69. They paid the government fee there, so none is included in our price, which depends only on the speed and is the same at every entry port: 2 business days US$69, 1 business day US$99, 4 hours US$159, 2 hours US$189, 1 hour US$199. It is ordered the same way as any other, so it carries your code and your commission.

Which languages can my clients use?

The form opens today in English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French or Russian. Traditional Chinese is being written by a Taiwanese writer at the moment and is not ready yet. Support is in English always, with Chinese and Hindi in our chat.

How do I know an order was mine?

Your code travels in the link (for example vietnamvisahelp.com/apply?ref=CODE) and is stored with the order. We also set a 30-day first-party cookie, so a traveller who looks today and buys next week still counts as yours. Every order appears on your monthly statement with its reference number.

How long until I get my code?

One working day. The code comes with your own partner page, where the link, the banner in all three sizes and the plugin download already carry it. You can be live the same day you receive it.

Is there a QR code for our link?

Yes. Your partner page shows a QR code that opens the application form with your code already on it. Download it as an image for a counter display, a flyer or a brochure, or open the printable card.
