Add Vietnam e-visas to what you already sell

You already book flights, tours and hotels into Vietnam. Taiwanese and Indian passport holders need a visa for that trip, and the government portal takes about three working days, does not move at weekends or on Vietnamese public holidays, and has no fast lane. You hand your client a link; we prepare, submit and chase the application; you keep 20 per cent of our service fee on every order. We are a private company, not the Vietnamese government.

Why agencies add this

It replaces nothing on your shelf. It answers a question your client will bring to you anyway.

The visa is part of the trip you have already sold

Taiwanese and Indian passport holders always need a visa for Vietnam; there is no exemption for either. Whether they apply on their own or through you, that application has to happen before they fly. You are not selling them something new.

The official portal has no fast lane

evisa.gov.vn charges US$25 and takes about three working days. It does not move at weekends or on Vietnamese public holidays, there is no option to pay for speed, and there is nobody to call when something goes wrong. What we sell is speed, a check before submission and a person who answers.

Nothing changes in your operation

You do not collect passports, fill in forms or deal with immigration. You hand over a link carrying your code, and the file is ours from that point. Questions about the visa come to us, not to your counter.

The form your travellers use

Screenshots of the live form on a phone, filled in with the Australian Passport Office's specimen passport ("Jane Citizen"). This is what runs inside your page through the plugin or the embed, and what opens behind your link.

  1. Every speed, priced upfront
    1

    Every speed, priced upfront

Four speeds from 30 minutes to two business days, a weekend and holiday tier, and a fast lane for an application already filed. Each card shows when the visa will be ready in the traveller's own time and in Vietnam time, and the one that fits their flight is marked.

  2. One photo fills in the form
    2

One photo fills in the form

The traveller photographs the passport page and we read the name, number and dates from it. The portrait is cut to the 4×6 cm format on a plain background, and a check warns them about a photo likely to be refused.

  3. Confirmed, not retyped
    3

    Confirmed, not retyped

The next step shows everything read from the passport, so the traveller only confirms or corrects it. Nothing has to be typed in from scratch.

  4. Trip and contact details
    4

    Trip and contact details

Dates, airport, address in Vietnam and an emergency contact: what the Vietnamese application asks for, on one screen.

  5. Payment without leaving your page
    5

    Payment without leaving your page

Card payment runs on Stripe inside the same frame, so the traveller never leaves your site. Chinese-language forms also take Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay.

What your traveller gets

A 30-minute tier

Approval in about 30 minutes for US$199, for the traveller whose flight is tonight, with the documents in one to one and a half hours.

Help with an application already filed

A traveller who applied on the government portal and is stuck can ask us to expedite that same application, from US$69.

Weekends and holidays

The weekend and holiday tier keeps working on Saturdays, Sundays and Vietnamese public holidays, when the government portal does not move. The exception is Tết, when we close too.

Seven languages

The form runs in English, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Russian, and the traveller can switch language at the top at any point.

How this differs from a reseller account

The B2B visa accounts we have seen are wholesale: you get a lower rate, key in each application yourself and collect the money from your client. Ours is a referral. That one difference decides who does the work and who carries the risk.

Who fills in the application

Wholesale or reseller account

Your staff, in the provider's portal or through an API

This programme

The traveller, on our form inside your page; one passport photo fills in most of it

Who takes the payment

Wholesale or reseller account

You collect from the traveller, then pay the provider for each order

This programme

We do, on Stripe. No traveller money passes through your agency

Refunds and chargebacks

Wholesale or reseller account

Yours to settle with your client, because you sold the visa

This programme

Ours. A refund reverses the commission on that order and nothing more

A question at 11 pm, the night before the flight

Wholesale or reseller account

Your team answers it, or forwards it

This programme

Our chat and WhatsApp: a person first, and an assistant if nobody picks up within 90 seconds

What you earn

Wholesale or reseller account

The difference between your price and the wholesale rate

This programme

20% of our service fee on every settled order, paid monthly with an order-by-order statement

A wholesale account can pay more per order if you set a high retail price, and it lets you fold the visa into your own package. If you want that control and have staff to key in and chase applications, it may suit you better. If you want the sale without the work, this is the simpler route.

Four ways to work with us

Two of them keep the traveller on your own site. Two need no installation at all and work wherever you can paste a link. Most partners start with the link on the same day.

  1. 1

    WordPress / WooCommerce plugin

    Live now

Our application form inside your own page

You install our plugin, paste your partner code once, and drop a block or a shortcode onto any page. The form then runs inside your page, so the traveller never leaves your site. Download it below; the form stays hidden from visitors until your partner code is saved.

    ⬇ Download the plugin (.zip)
The whole set-up in about a minute, recorded on a plain WordPress site: install, code, block, publish. No sound; the steps are written out below.

    How to install it

    1. Download the plugin with the button above. Leave the file zipped.
    2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
    3. Go to Settings → VietnamVisaHelp Apply, paste your partner code into “Partner code” and save. Then click “Check saved code”: it should name your agency.
    4. Edit the page where the form should appear and add the “Vietnam Visa Application Form” block, or paste the shortcode [vietnam_visa_apply]. Publish the page.
    5. Open the page and check that the form shows. Every order paid through it carries your code and earns your commission.

No code yet? Request one with the form below. The form stays hidden from visitors until a code is saved.

Embedded form on your own site

    On request

The same form, for sites that are not WordPress

For Wix, Shopify or a custom build we give you a snippet to paste where you want the form to sit. We have to allow your domain on our side first, so this takes a short exchange with us, and we test it together before you publish. For your client the experience is the same as with the plugin.

Our form in your client's language

    Live now

One link that opens the form already translated

A link that opens our application form in the language your client reads. Available today: English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Russian. Traditional Chinese is being written by a Taiwanese writer at the moment and is not ready yet; until it is, Taiwanese agencies use the English form, which their customers read comfortably for a form of this kind.

    Affiliate link or banner

    Live now

One link you can send anywhere

A plain link carrying your code. It works on your website, in WhatsApp or LINE, in an email or in a Facebook post. If you would rather have something visual, we send a ready-made banner in three sizes (300x250, 728x90, 320x100) that you paste once. Nothing to install, and this is how most partners start on the same day. Your partner page also has a QR code for the link, to print or show on a phone.

How the commission is worked out

Commission is paid on the service fee, which is the order total less the government fee. The government fee is US$25 per applicant, or US$50 with multiple entry, and it is never commissionable, because that money goes to the Vietnamese state rather than to us. On an expedite order (an application the traveller already filed on evisa.gov.vn, where they paid the government fee) there is no government fee in the price, so you earn 20% of the whole amount: US$27.80 on a 12-hour expedite at US$139. The rate is the same for every partner and every order, whatever your monthly volume.

You keep 20% of the service fee on every order.

4 hoursUS$139US$25US$114US$22.80
30-60 minutesUS$199US$25US$174US$34.80
  • The US$25 government fee (US$50 with multiple entry) is passed straight to the Vietnamese state and comes out of the order total before commission is calculated.
  • Commission is earned when the traveller's payment settles, not on clicks and not when an application is started.
  • A refunded order reverses its commission.
  • We pay monthly by bank transfer or Wise, with a statement listing every order behind the payment: reference number, date, order total, government fee, service fee and your commission.

What your account page looks like

Every partner gets an account page: the orders that carried your code, what you have earned and what has been paid. Sign in with the email address we hold for your agency.

Example partner account page with sample data: code TAIWANTRAVELS, 357 visas sold, commission earned, owed and paid, the latest orders and the monthly payments
Example with sample data, not a real agency and not a promise of earnings. It shows a travel agency in Taiwan with the code TAIWANTRAVELS: 357 visas sold on 228 orders since May, US$9,689.60 earned at 20% of the service fee, and US$9,534.00 of it already paid in five monthly payments.

Who does what

We handle

  • Check the application before it goes in: passport details, dates and photograph.
  • Submit it, and chase it until the result comes back.
  • Answer the traveller's questions about their visa. English always, plus Chinese and Hindi in our chat.
  • Issue the documents the traveller needs for airline check-in and for the border.
  • Deal with refunds and anything the traveller disputes about the order.

You handle

  • Tell your traveller that Vietnam requires a visa and that it can be done quickly.
  • Hand them the link, or put the banner or the form on your page.
  • Keep your code on whatever you send out, so the order is counted as yours.
  • Nothing after that. No documents to collect, no application to chase, no visa questions to answer.

What we will not promise you

  • We are a private company. We are not the Vietnamese government and we are not acting on its behalf. The official portal is evisa.gov.vn, where a traveller can apply alone for US$25.
  • We cannot guarantee that a visa will be approved. That decision belongs to the Vietnam Immigration Department alone. What we can do is check the application first, so it is not refused over an avoidable mistake.
  • This is a sales channel, not an SEO channel. Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" and pass no ranking weight, and the plugin and the embedded form give you no link at all.
  • We do not publish partner counts, testimonials or countdown timers, because we would have to invent them.

How to start

  1. 1

    Tell us who you are

Your agency name, your website and the market you sell to. That is all we need to open the account.

  2. 2

We issue your code within one working day

You get your own partner page, with the link, the banner and the plugin already carrying your code. Nothing to configure.

  3. 3

Paste it and you are live

Put the link or the banner where your clients will see it. The first order is tracked from the moment it is placed.

Request your partner code

Three things get this started: who you are, where we can reach you, and which market you sell to. We reply within one working day with your code and your own partner page.

Not an agency?

Earn on your own: airport staff, guides, drivers

Check-in agents see it every week: a passenger flying to Vietnam with no approved e-visa, or sure they can get a visa on arrival. Give them your own code. They apply on vietnamvisahelp.com, enter the code and pay 5% less, and you earn 15% of what they pay.

  1. 1

    Choose your code

Sign up below and pick a code: your name, or a word like ARLANTA. It works straight away, for any number of travellers, and it stays yours.

  2. 2

    Give it to the traveller

“Go to vietnamvisahelp.com, apply, and enter the code ARLANTA. You get 5% off.” They can do it on their phone at the counter. Or show them the QR code from your account page, on your phone or printed: they scan it and the code is already applied.

  3. 3

    Get paid

Every paid order shows on your account page. Commission is available 30 days after the traveller pays; ask for a payout to PayPal or your bank from US$45.

Have your own website? After signing up you can download our WordPress plugin from your account page and put the Vietnam visa application form on your site. Every application paid through it earns you the same 15%.

Run a Facebook group or page about Vietnam? The programme for group admins →

What one traveller is worth

  • 30–60 minute visa, US$199 → the traveller pays US$189.05 → you earn US$28.36
  • 12-hour expedite of an application already filed, US$139 → they pay US$132.05 → you earn US$19.81

The rules

  • Check your employer's rules first. Many airlines and ground handlers do not let staff accept referral fees.
  • The traveller sees, when they enter the code, that the person who gave it to them gets a fee from us.
  • No commission on your own visa.
  • You handle the tax on what you earn where you live.

Questions agencies ask

How do I get paid?
Once a month, by bank transfer or Wise, whichever suits you. With the payment comes a statement listing every order behind it: reference number, date, order total, government fee, service fee and your commission. Commission counts when the traveller's payment settles, not when they click.
What happens if my client's visa is refused?
Only the Vietnam Immigration Department decides, and we never promise approval. We check every application before submission so it is not refused over an avoidable mistake, and we deal with the traveller directly if something goes wrong. If the order is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.
Do I need a developer?
No. The link and the banner need nothing at all. The WordPress plugin takes about ten minutes: install it, paste your code once, place a block or shortcode. Only the embedded form on a non-WordPress site needs someone who can paste a snippet into a page, and we test that together with you.
Can I work from WhatsApp alone?
Yes. Your link is a plain link, so it works in WhatsApp, LINE, email or a Facebook post just as it does on a web page. Nothing has to be installed anywhere for it to track your orders.
What does my client pay?
One total, with the US$25 government fee already inside it: US$89 for two working days, US$99 for one working day, US$139 for four hours, US$199 for 30-60 minutes (approval in time for airline check-in in about 30 minutes, documents in one to one and a half hours) and US$249 for same-day service at a weekend or on a Vietnamese public holiday. Multiple entry adds US$25.
My client already applied on the government portal and it is stuck. Can you help?
Yes. We can escalate an application the traveller submitted themselves on evisa.gov.vn from US$69. They paid the government fee there, so none is included in our price, which depends only on the speed and is the same at every entry port: 48 hours US$69, 24 hours US$99, 12 hours US$139, 4 hours US$159, 2 hours US$189, 1 hour US$209. It is ordered the same way as any other, so it carries your code and your commission.
Which languages can my clients use?
The form opens today in English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French or Russian. Traditional Chinese is being written by a Taiwanese writer at the moment and is not ready yet. Support is in English always, with Chinese and Hindi in our chat.
How do I know an order was mine?
Your code travels in the link (for example vietnamvisahelp.com/apply?ref=CODE) and is stored with the order. We also set a 30-day first-party cookie, so a traveller who looks today and buys next week still counts as yours. Every order appears on your monthly statement with its reference number.
How long until I get my code?
One working day. The code comes with your own partner page, where the link, the banner in all three sizes and the plugin download already carry it. You can be live the same day you receive it.
Is there a QR code for our link?
Yes. Your partner page shows a QR code that opens the application form with your code already on it. Download it as an image for a counter display, a flyer or a brochure, or open the printable card.

Rather ask first?

If you would sooner put a few questions to us before signing up, use the same form and say so in the message. A person will answer. We are happy to walk you through the plugin, show you the form in your clients' language, or work out on paper what your own volumes would pay.
